Each manufacturer has its limitations regarding which situations warranty repair can
be obtained free of charge and in which it cannot. To get acquainted with the manufacturer's warranty,

Usually the warranty service is refused if the device:

  • has a deleted or damaged manufacturer's serial number or IMEI code,
  • has fallen, is scratched, has cosmetic damage,
  • has come into contact with liquid, humidity, food or chemicals,

  • was used with illegal or unauthorized software,
